Primarily serving Laguna Beach and the surrounding area, Geoff has over 6+ years of experience matching clients to their dream homes, all while providing top-tier customer service.
Born in Palm Springs, Geoff grew up in the Coachella Valley but was drawn to the Coast of Orange County when he attended college and never left. Geoff and his wife Rhonda live in Dana Point, where they raised their children. Prior to becoming a realtor, Geoff had a successful, 20+ year career as VP of National Accounts for a national flooring manufacturer negotiating contracts with Home Depot, Lowes, and many National Home Builders, etc. With the support and encouragement of his wife, Rhonda, he became a realtor in 2015 and hadn’t looked back. As a result of his hard work and dedication to his business, Geoff has been a consistent top performer and ranked a Top 100 agent in Orange County. A 2nd generation realtor, Geoff attributes much of his passion for the industry to his father, who was a real estate broker and developer of the Palm Springs area during its early days of development. Having such a positive role model from an early age, Geoff is proud to carry his father’s legacy and build from that along the Orange County Coast.
As a premier agent, Geoff works diligently to ensure his clients are well taken care of. Geoff also has first-hand knowledge of construction and real estate investment, providing his clients guidance on how to navigate real estate transactions involving new construction. Geoff works with buyers, sellers, developers, and investors throughout the Laguna Beach and Palm Springs area. In addition, Geoff draws upon the expertise of his wife Rhonda, founder and principal of Interior Consultants, a successful Southern California design firm. Having this level of design experience virtually “In-house” is valuable when working with sellers to optimize a home's marketability and achieve the highest return. For buyers being able to give them an instant vision of a property can make all the difference. Often Rhonda is able to execute that vision with many of Geoff’s clients.
Geoff is a community advocate who contributes to many worthy causes. He regularly volunteers at the Laguna Food Pantry and Homeless Shelter and supports the Laguna Boys and Girls Club and American Cancer Society. He also serves as a board member and Treasurer for the Laguna Board of Realtors. He also likes to stay incredibly active and is always on the move. In his spare time, Geoff likes to ski, play tennis and golf, play the drums, cook with Rhonda, and entertain friends. He is also pursuing his love of aviation pursuing his Private Pilots License.
